An unrefined olive oil of lesser quality than the extra virgin olive oil. While free from chemical refining, virgin olive oil’s acidity levels make it a considerably subpar option to extra virgin olive oil.
Harvesting and Extracting our olive oil :
Traditionally Hand Harvested (Friendly for the Olives and for the Olive Tree), as opposed to Mechanical Harvest which hurts trees with an aggressive harvesting method, as it’s the case in Spain, Italy, Greece…etc.
We move the olives from the field immediately to the Press: we obtain the best olive oil by pressing the olives that have been harvested the same day. This way the olives are not oxidized and the output in Olive oil is just the best you can have. Our Press is in the middle of Olive Fields.
Our olive oil is packed in dark glass, PET, and tin bottles so that it is useful for the HORECA sector and for the retailers at the same time.
